As someone that is new to reformer Pilates, I have to say what a great welcoming and introduction from Ben’s Pilates. I have been to classes by Ben, Shauni and Claire which all bring their unique experience. For anyone who is interested in gaining confidence in a safe, stress free environment without the fear of embarrassment, I couldn’t recommend Ben’s Pilates enough.
