Balance & Stability
Balance and stability are developed through exercises that challenge the body to maintain control while moving against resistance.
In our reformer sessions, many movements require the body to stabilise while one part of the body moves. This encourages the smaller supporting muscles to work alongside the larger muscle groups.
With guidance from the instructor and carefully structured exercises, clients develop greater coordination and stability.
Improving these qualities helps support everyday movement as well as other forms of training.
