Better Posture & Core Strength

Why it matters

Long periods of sitting or desk-based work can mean the muscles that support posture and the spine are not used consistently enough.

Reformer exercises strengthen the muscles of the back, core and shoulders that play an important role in maintaining good posture.

Through controlled spinal movement and carefully coached exercises, clients develop greater awareness of how their body moves and how the spine is supported.

As these muscles become stronger and more active, many people notice improvements in posture and a reduction in the tension or discomfort that can develop when the body isn’t supported well for long periods.
