Tamsyn works behind the scenes shaping the development of Ben’s Pilates as it grows.
She first discovered reformer Pilates while recovering from a long-standing back injury and experienced first-hand the difference that structured training can make.
After meeting Ben through this journey, the idea for bringing Dynamic Reformer Pilates to her hometown of Winchester began to take shape. Together they set out to build a brand centred around expert coaching, thoughtful programming and an environment where people feel comfortable pushing themselves.
Today Tamsyn focuses on the brand, client experience and how Ben’s continues to evolve as more people discover Dynamic Reformer Pilates.
